Print and transform everyday materials into a unique and personalized design!

On Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, at the Sala Barcelona - Museu Terra (Poblenou), you will learn printing techniques, such as rapport, using recycled materials. Through stamps and matrices made from plastics and other reused elements, you will experiment with shapes and colors to create continuous patterns and prints.

In dialogue with the exhibition Plastic. Brilliant or perverse? , the workshop invites you to look at everyday waste with new eyes and discover the great creative possibilities they hide.

You will take home a fabric printed by yourself with unique motifs, perfect for turning it into the base of everyday objects: a pillowcase, a bag, a piece of clothing, or whatever you imagine. If you prefer, you can also bring a cotton item or object to print directly during the workshop.

Additionally, you will receive basic instructions to repeat the process at home. And if you wish to continue exploring the technique after the workshop, you can contact the workshop leader for personalized guidance and advice.

The activity costs €20 per person, is aimed at adults and children over 10 years old, and will be led by artist Ana Mercau. All materials are included in the price.
